For example, you can have a meeting and save all the work and presentation material using Smarts software. This can then be emailed directly to the meeting attendees immediately after closing the meeting. It is also possible to conference and collaborate meetings and content over multiple rooms or locations. After all, time is money and the more efficiently we work, the more profit we make.
